Llan\u00e7a&#8217;t i tasta-les. Si no, pots substituir-les en aquesta recepta per patata, nap o xirivia.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Pela les ny\u00e0meres, trosseja-les i deixa-les bullir durant 25 minuts en un cass\u00f3. Un cop cuites, colar i triturar amb 50 grams de mantega fins a aconseguir un pur\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Neteja i talla les galtes per la meitat. Tamb\u00e9 pots tallar-les a daus. Daura-les en una paella a foc viu.<\/li>\n<li>Retira-les i, en aquesta mateixa paella, ofega la ceba i la pastanaga tallades ben fines.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop ben cuites, afegeix les galtes i el vi negre.<\/li>\n<li>Quan el vi s\u2019hagi redu\u00eft a la meitat, cobreix les galtes d&#8217;aigua i deixa-les coure &#8211; amb la paella tapada &#8211; durant 1 hora i 30 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Passat aquest temps, ja pots destapar i deixar que continu\u00ef la cocci\u00f3 durant 30 minuts m\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 la salsa agafi consist\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>A part, salteja les cebetes amb mantega i recorda anar afegint aigua fins que estiguin cuites. Despr\u00e9s incorpora-les al guisat.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment, posa enmig del plat el pur\u00e9 de ny\u00e0meres i, al d\u2019amunt, una galta ben saltejada. D&#8217;acompanyament, les cebetes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ja ho tens, una veritable del\u00edcia!
