Deixa que s&#8217;evapori i cobreix d&#8217;aigua.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>4- Deixa bullir a foc <strong>suau durant 1 hora<\/strong> per despr\u00e9s posar la cassola <strong>al forn durant 2 hores i mitja a 180 \u00baC.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>5- Passat aquest temps, treu la cuixa de la cassola i posa-la en una placa de forn SENSE el suc. <strong>Forneja 25 minuts m\u00e9s a 200\u00baC.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>6- Mentre, cola el suc de la cassola, redueix-lo i lliga\u2019l amb algun espessidor (tipus Maizena) i mantega.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>7- Quan la cuixa estigui totalment cuita, ja la pots servir.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>8- Acompanya la cuixa de xai amb el seu suc i unes patates bullides.<\/em><\/h6>\n<blockquote>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Amb una llarga cocci\u00f3, la cuixa de xai esdev\u00e9 una pe\u00e7a tendra i sucosa!<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Ja ho tens!!
