Sucarn, especialista en carns d&#8217;importaci\u00f3, ha estat pionera en la introducci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest producte al mercat espanyol. L&#8217;empresa t\u00e9 una previsi\u00f3 de comercialitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;unes 10.000 unitats. <\/strong><\/h6>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Aquest volum suposa un lleuger increment en relaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;\u00faltim exercici. Amb aquest producte, no es tracta de cr\u00e9ixer si no de mantenir els est\u00e0ndards de qualitat &#8220;, explica el director general de <strong>Sucarn<\/strong>, Valent\u00edn Choya.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;empresa comercialitza el xai de llet sard en canals, en fresc, i tamb\u00e9 en peces, en congelat.<\/strong> <strong>Sucarn<\/strong> disposa d&#8217;un eficient canal de distribuci\u00f3 que li permet servir als seus clients tant en terminis de lliurament molt curts, com en quantitats i varietat de producte.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>El xai de Sardenya, amb Indicaci\u00f3 Geogr\u00e0fica Protegida, respon a est\u00e0ndards de qualitat molt exigents.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>La carn de xai \u00e9s un producte genu\u00efnament mediterrani, a les valls de l&#8217;illa de Sardenya han sabut conservar la crian\u00e7a tradicional d&#8217;ovelles i xais i perpetuar-la al llarg de segles. Les ovelles es crien en llibertat i sense estr\u00e8s, i s&#8217;alimenten exclusivament de pastures naturals &#8211; sense pinsos &#8211; i esp\u00e8cies vegetals silvestres. Les valls ofereixen un entorn lliure de contaminaci\u00f3 i un clima \u00f2ptim per a la crian\u00e7a. A m\u00e9s, el xai de Sardenya amb IGP, respon a uns est\u00e0ndards de qualitat molt exigents. Tot aix\u00f2 d\u00f3na com a resultat una carn extraordin\u00e0ria, tendra i gustosa. En el cas de l&#8217;anyell de llet que comercialitza<strong> Sucarn<\/strong>, amb 25 &#8211; 30 dies de vida, aquest ha rebut \u00fanicament llet materna totalment natural i extraordin\u00e0riament nutritiva per a les cries per les caracter\u00edstiques de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 de les ovelles.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Fa cinc temporades que treballem amb aquest producte. Apostem per ell pel seu sabor i textura \u00fanics. Ha rebut molt bona acollida per part dels nostres clients. Qui el coneix, repeteix. Ara \u00e9s el moment \u00f2ptim de preu i de qualitat i tamb\u00e9 de gaudir d&#8217;aquest producte en fresc.
