T&#8217;atreveixes?<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g de filets d&#8217;estru\u00e7<\/li>\n<li>8 gerds<\/li>\n<li>8 nabius<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">PER A LA SALSA DE FRUITS VERMELLS<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de fruits vermells variats<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de vi d&#8217;Oporto<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>1 branqueta de farigola<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h4>\n<h6>Per preparar la salsa de fruits vermells: ofegar la ceba tallada ben fina en una paella amb una mica d&#8217;oli. Una vegada ofegada, afegir Oporto i la branqueta de farigola i deixar que redueixi una mica. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;incorporar els fruits vermells, deixar-los a foc lent durant uns 15 minuts. Rectificar de sal o afegir una mica de sucre, si \u00e9s una mica \u00e0cida.<\/h6>\n<h6>Tallar els filets d&#8217;estru\u00e7 en escalopins m\u00e9s prims.
