PREN NOTA DELS INGREDIENTS NECESSARIS I <strong>LLAN\u00c7A&#8217;T A CUINAR!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">INGREDIENTS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>6 peus de porc tallats per la meitat<\/li>\n<li>8 llagostins pelats<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>1 pastanaga<\/li>\n<li>2 fulles de llorer<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<li>pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">PER A LA VINAGRETA DE PINYONS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>100 ml d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li>\n<li>50 g de pinyons<\/li>\n<li>2 tom\u00e0quets (la polpa tallada a daus)<\/li>\n<li>julivert picat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h4>\n<p>Cremar els p\u00e8ls de peus de porc. Introduir els peus en una olla amb aigua i posar-la al foc. Quan comenci a bullir, apagar i retirar del foc. Tornar a rentar els peus amb aigua freda i portar de nou a ebullici\u00f3 amb aigua neta juntament amb les verdures. <strong>Cuinar durant 3 hores aproximadament<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Desossar els peus quan encara estigun tebis. Ajuntar les meitats i embolicar-les amb paper film fent un cilindre. <strong>Refredar un m\u00ednim de 2 hores a la nevera<\/strong>. Passat aquest temps, tallar en rodanxes i, despr\u00e9s, daurar-les en una paella pels dos costats.
