Segueix la recepta al peu de la lletra i et quedar\u00e0 una cua de bou per llepar-te els dits!!<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">INGREDIENTS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 kg cua de bou trossejada<\/li>\n<li>3 l vi negre<\/li>\n<li>2 porros<\/li>\n<li>2 pastanagues<\/li>\n<li>1 caps d&#8217;all<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>1 branca de farigola<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de sucre<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h5>\n<p>Salpebrar els trossos de cua de bou. Despr\u00e9s trossejar totes les verdures. En una cassola col\u00b7locar la carn i les verdures i\u00a0 cobrir-les amb el vi negre. <strong>Reservar dins la nevera entre 6 i 12 hores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Passat aquest temps, posar-lo al foc a bullir i afegir 1 cullerada de sucre. Continuar bullint a foc suau fins que la carn es pugui separar de l&#8217;os, <strong>durant aproximadament 3 hores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Separar la salsa de\u00a0 la carn. Passar el l\u00edquid per un colador xin\u00e8s aixafant b\u00e9 amb un cullerot per a extreure tota l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia.
