We carry out systematic quality and sanitary inspections from the origin (producer) to our own facilities in order to support the maximum guarantee.

Our automated traceability system covers the whole production process from the origin, the breeding, the fattening, the slaughterhouse and cutting room. This is all registered in our database by means of intelligent codes, assuring the follow up of the merchandise sent along the whole chain of suplly.
